Hi Dianne,

I hope this letter finds you well. As we approach the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), which runs from October 15 through December 7, I wanted to remind you to start preparing now to ensure your coverage still meets your needs for 2026

By September 30, you will receive an Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) from your Medicare Advantage or Part D Prescription Drug Plan. This important document outlines any changes to your plan's:

Premiums

Copays and coinsurance

Covered medications

Provider network

Benefits and services

Please take the time to carefully review your ANOC when it arrives. Even small changes can affect your out-of-pocket costs or coverage for the upcoming year.

What to Consider:

  • Health Care Needs: Have your health needs changed this year? You may want to review if your current plan covers the services you need, or if a different plan might be a better fit.
  • Prescription Drugs: Be sure to review the drugs covered under your plan and check if any of your medications have changed in price or coverage.
  • Premiums and Copays: Plans can change each year. It’s a good idea to check whether your current premiums, deductibles, and copayments are still competitive.

If you have any concerns about the changes, or if you’re simply not sure whether your current plan is still the best fit for you, I’m here to help. We can schedule a time to review your options together—at no cost to you. I want to make sure you feel confident about your coverage heading into 2026.

Remember, if you don’t make any changes during Open Enrollment, your current coverage will automatically roll over into the new year, but it’s always a good idea to double-check that it’s still the right fit for you.

Important Note: If you decide to make changes to your Medicare plan, please contact me directly rather than responding to TV commercials or unsolicited phone calls. Enrolling through one of those channels will remove me as your agent, and your new plan may be handled by a call center—often outside the U.S.—with limited ability to provide ongoing support. I value our relationship and want to continue being your trusted advocate now and in the future.

A word of caution

During this time of year, you may receive calls, letters, or even in-person visits from people claiming to represent Medicare or insurance companies. Unfortunately, not all of them can be trusted with your personal information. To protect your privacy:

  • Do not give out your Medicare number or personal details to anyone who contacts you unexpectedly.
  • If you’re unsure about a call or mailing, contact me before responding.

Please don’t hesitate to call me at (772)-408-8480 or reply to this letter to set up your personalized review.

Thank you for placing your trust in me as your Medicare advisor. I look forward to helping you make the most informed decision this Annual Enrollment Period.

Warm regards,
